EFPP Section Study Days

In 2021, the EFPP Couple and Family Section launched, for the first time, a space for clinical reflection entitled Study Day. The project was designed around the presentation of clinical material involving a couple or family, explored from two different theoretical perspectives in order to develop working hypotheses and possible clinical meanings.

Initially, Study Day was an internal activity intended exclusively for section delegates. It was later opened to members of their respective associations, and in 2024 it became accessible to all interested participants, including colleagues from the other EFPP sections.

Over time, the project was enriched by the participation of external guests who introduced original or less familiar theoretical perspectives, as well as by the involvement of colleagues from other sections, encouraging dialogue and the intersection of different approaches to clinical thinking.

From 2025, the Adult Section and the Child and Adolescent Section joined the project, followed by the Group Section in 2026.

All the Study Days are published in the EFPP Ejournal.
