Introduction: The EFPP is establishing the EFPP archives to record its history and that of the EFPP networks.

This survey is designed to help identify and then collect the various records that have been created, processed or received by delegates and their networks in connection with the EFPP and that of board members.

Kindly complete this questionnaire as soon as possible. For those of you who were board members or coopted to the board, kindly complete both the questions about your records as a delegate and also the questions about your records as a board member at the end.

Once you have completed and sent in the questionnaire the next step will be:
Start to find time to organise your records and transmit them to the archives according to the guidelines.
